Teh Program
My mom gives a smiling face every time she sees a furniture catalog.
Okay. On the real topic, after so many weeks of bumming around my butt, today is the day that I am going to start working out again. Yesterday was my last day of my period so today is the perfect day.
Using my rusty 4lb dumbbells, my program for today will be:
- Shoulders
- Biceps
- Legs
And tomorrow:
- Chest
- Triceps
- Back
I am hoping to do this, at least, four times a week. And definitely, the sensual dancing, the stretching, and the jumping jack will serve as my warming up and my cooling off.

i love funiture and home decor catalogs. Oh man I have to start doing some type of exercise (maybe walking around the mall)

I love it! I love working out but hate cardio, so I decided I will go to the gym and do weights and stop feeling guilty just because I don’t love the treadmill. I’m toning up already and love it.
