What causes PMS and how to avoid the pain

Most women go through PMS or Pre-Menstrual Syndrome. PMS is a status that happens somewhere before or in-between of the menstrual cycle and lasts up to seven days. It is defined with redoubled moodiness, anxiousness, bad sleep, change in eating habits, bad feeling, etc.

Most women complain about their hurting caused by PMS and being incapable to do anything about it. They think that it is some unmanageable and unpreventable illness, but the fact they don’t understand is that among the causes, which influence PMS passing are factors, which can be well regulated and changed by the women themselves. Some women are more inclined to suffer from bad PMS indications, some are less prone to it, but they all are able to do a lot in order to remedy their condition.

Some popular causes of PMS, which can give you the perceptive angle of many things that are going on in your body:
Bad eating habits. Avoid processed food, avoid fast foods, avoid saturated fat. Not enough fiber intake, fresh fruit and vegetables, well, woman, that’s a big problem.
You have digestive disorders. It is needed to cure them, because even if your intake habits are normal, a lame digestive system fails to digest them correctly and neglects to supply nutrition to your body in a right way.
Liver disorders. Your liver determines the level of estrogen by brings on essential amounts of cholesterol, and if your liver is slow at some point of the menstrual cycle, it fails to execute this role and it results in a general hormonal instability.
