Be up to date about sexual health

Currently, people are swarmed with visual advertisements about how to look good, what to be dressed in, how to lose weight, which includes going gaga over natural weight loss supplements, and most especially, how to have a sparkling sex life. At one fell swoop, some of the media hype is more focused towards the adolescents, the twenty and thirty something age group. Furthermore, other advertisements (TV, newspaper, radio, and Internet) are concentrating to people of an older age. In spite of where a person falls in the age bracket, staying well-informed about your sexual health is extremely essential.

Staying away from Sexually Transmitted Diseases
For teenagers who have not yet become sexually active, the most reasonable way to prevent sexually transmitted diseases is to observe abstinence. Regrettably, even if you keep away from having sex until you’re ready, there’s no promise that your partner has done the same so there is still a very high risk of contracting one or more of the many types of diseases present in our society these days. If you know your partner has been sexually active, it is dreadfully important for your own sexual health and well being to use protective measures of contracting a disease by using contraceptive device a.k.a condoms.

Scattering of Sexually Transmitted Diseases
There can be a momentous amount of demands from a possible partner when choosing not to use condoms and this conflict can originate from either a male or female partner. There can be several reasons or excuse for either party to not want to care for themselves but except both parties have never experienced sexual activity, then remember the people your partner has in the past been sexually active with, may also not have practiced safe sex and you don’t know what disease or diseases they have passed on to your partner which will eventually be passed on to you.

Being Conscious of Prevention
There are just various sexually transmitted diseases that are becoming more rampant at the moment. This can be due to young people having sex at an earlier age, multiple partners who do not run through preventive safe sex, not informed, and many others.

Some of the most widespread diseases are the following:
Chlamydia
Gonorrhea
Hepatitis B
Syphilis, Crabs, HIV and AIDS
Genital herpes and Genital warts

By minimally promoting and practicing good lifestyle, educated, not giving in to pressure from your partner and constantly using condoms will guarantee good sexual health.

These are good tips to those who would like to engage in sex with their partners.

I agree, unless a couple plans on making a baby, they must use condoms or not have sex at all. x_x
