How thick is your hair? I have always had thick hair and when I say thick it means heavy. Over the past years, I have noticed that my hair gets thicker and thicker. In fact, I always get the amusement every time I go to a hair salon for a haircut because the person who is attending me for shampoo and hair blow dry is for all time having a hard time doing the job.

It’s odd to say that I really dislike tipping but it’s weirder to admit that I, lately, do now give tips to those people who give me a blow dry (unsexually) and not those who actually cut my hair. You know, their job, which is cutting only half an inch of my hair, is easier than those doing the half an hour blow dry. Fair, right? I cannot even do it, well, I can, but it is lousy and unsuccessful blow dry.

The latest comment I received the last time I went to a salon was if I have ever had hair straightening. Anyway, that’s another story. But for the record, I have never had.

Here are some tips to have thicker hair, which I think it makes my hair thicker and thicker:

• Before I wet and shampoo the hair, I always make sure I comb it. Combing the hair removes tangles. This started when I developed this obsessive-compulsive disorder, which results in checking hair in the shower and wanting to remove them as quickly as possible. With combing the hair before hitting the shower, it reduces my hair to fall off.
• Never comb your hair when it’s wet. Hair is weak when it’s wet.
• Never go out when your hair is still wet. It just looks untidy and worse your hair can attract dirt and dust.
• Daily visit to your fave salon for a trim, half an inch or an inch would be great.

Naturally, some marriages do end in divorce. Partially, you should be able to get better even on a bad marriage, but at some point in your life you might feel that you cannot love and trust your partner any longer. You could maybe also get marriage advice from a therapist or even a good friend that could lend a hand.

I was playing with my Coastal Scents palette tonight and this was the result, see photo below. I was not really wearing any foundation, concealer or any lipstick in here. I was just excited and was feeling lazy to take a lot of time and I am about to go to sleep now so I did not bother. I just want to know if the colors will blend nicely.

Do you have a friend that every time you go out together, like shopping or just having a good time, she always asks if she can use your powder, your mascara, your eyeliner, and even your lip gloss? I am not greedy but I just find it is not healthy to let somebody to use my make up especially my lipstick. Powder or foundation is not so bad, but at the price tag of makeup, it is expensive to pay for.

• Jog her memory to bring her own makeup with her. Just be straightforward with her about how you feel about sharing things like your makeup, and explain to her that’s it is not anything personal. If she’s a good friend, she won’t be offended at all.
• Tell her you just read that sharing makeup is awfully unhygienic. In fact, when you go to a dermatologist, one of the first questions she would ask you is if you have shared makeup with anyone. You could spread or get more acne by sharing makeup with other people. Whatever thing that touches an area where there’s bodily fluids: lip gloss, lipstick, eye makeup of any kind should certainly not be shared.
• Volunteer to go shopping with her for some cute little purses in Watson’s (and bed frames lol) so that she can carry her own makeup.
