Stila One-Step Makeup

Stila One-Step Makeup

This is my most favorite in my Stila haul. It consists four products in one bottle. Amazing, right!?

The features:

- Diminishes the look of fine lines and wrinkles
- Minimized pores
- Controls oil
- Hydrates & balances
- High definition
- Long wearing
- 100% natural mineral pigments
- Paraben & fragrance free
- Perfect for all skin types.

I apply it using a MAC 190 brush. It can also be mixed with Stila Perfecting Concealer to achieve better results.

Stila Hydrating Finishing Powder (Step 4 of 4)

Stila Hydrating Finishing Powder

Stila Hydrating Finishing Powder

Stila Hydrating Finishing Powder is ideal for all skin types. It is formulated to absorb oil and protect the skin while providing supreme translucency for lightweight sheer coverage. It contains micro-encapsulated ectoin for time-released hydration as well as Meadow Seed Extract for anti-oxidant protection.

I started carrying this powder in my purse since I bought it. I just apply a little powder to touch up my forehead, nose and chin using a MAC brush 150.

Btw, I have oily skin so since mineral powder is translucent, in general, this is perfect for my skin type.

Stila Perfecting Concealer (Step 3 of 4)

Stila Makeup Perfecting Concealer

Stila fuller coverage concealer produces a delicate, semi-matte finish that’s ideal for hiding under eye circles, scars, redness, and other imperfections

I use a MAC 194 brush when applying Stila Perfecting Concealer. I love it to bits. I think this is better than the Perfect Stick Concealer from The Face Shop as I totally see that it can hide the dark spots under my eyes.

No cons so far.

Stila Hydrating Primer SPF 15 (Step 1 of 4)

Stila Hydrating Primer SPF 15

Stila Hydrating Primer SPF 15 is Step 1 in Stila’s 4-steps to a purely flawless face. This good-for-you primer provides time-released skincare benefits and maintains hydration levels in the skin for a perfectly-prepped palette. The innovative formula contains Dermaxyl for anti-aging and hydration benefits, and time-released Hyaluronic Acid spheres that plump the skin for a soft, moisturized feel. Perfect for all skin types.

Stila Hydrating Primer is one of the latest products I recently acquired. It is an instant favorite as it leaves my skin very smooth before I put on foundation.

I was thrilled that my makeup stayed on for more than 5 hours. I think it can survive the high humidity, as well as, my awful oily skin as this product is made for all skin types. I am a happy woman!

I would definitely buy this again.

NOTD: Darkness

faceshop black nail polish

Yesterday, I painted my nails black. This is the result of spending too much time watching Supernatural. lol. Just kidding.

I got this nail polish from The Faceshop for just PHP 95.00 ($2.12). I love the output but what I hate about this though that it chips so fast. Right after I did the dishes, I saw few chipped bits. Anyway, I am a very patient person — Particular instances only — so reapplying is not a big deal. hehehehe.

See you next post!

Saw vs. looked at vs. watched

Correct usage time! Got this from english-test.net message board.

See = come into view without particular intention
Look at = intentionally view
Watch = intentionally view an activity in motion

As I was driving along, I saw a dark shape lying in the middle of the road. I stopped the car to look at it more closely and discovered it was a bird which suddenly jumped up and I watched it fly away.

See you ’round!

Just read and saw

The book says that marketing is just like a seduction, and branding is not always about the logos, the colors, the tag lines or the design of your website, it is also about your good relationship with your customers and how you will keep them from buying and buying and buying your products over and over.

Dinner at TOSH with the Hubby — The man who just drew Manny Pacquiao as Iron Man. lol. This picture was taken after we saw the funniest “documentary” ever, The Last Exorcism. And it’s hilarious that the girl sitting at the back in the cinema was asking her boyfriend if the story was true. You need your daily dose of vitamins at www.dailymultivitamin.org, woman. OMG. I love to eavesdrop lulzy conversations.
