Coastal Scents Eyeshadow Palette 88

Say hello to my Coastal Scents Matte Eyeshadow. This 88-color palette has been my playground ever since I got interested with makeup almost a couple of years ago. Few months after I got it, I accidentally dropped it and broke it into two pieces. I have never mentioned about the incident on this blog as I was in denial that time and it was just sad — Some issues. lol.

Just thought I would show you the frequently used colors through photos. As you can see, my whites are almost gone already. However, some colors are barely touched.

I wish I did not buy this palette though as I don’t know when to use the untouched slash fun colors. As you know, I am sticking to neutral makeup and it’s perfect for my age. lol. Dear palette, are you going to expire already!? YAY!

Time to acquire costume jewelry, woman!!!

I am not saying that I want to imitate or dress like Serena Van der Woodsen of Gossip Girl but I saw her hair accessories for this week’s episode (Goodbye, Columbia) and I want to have something like that. It was like Silly Bandz but I am not sure about that. Its color was yellow and she was wearing it during the scene where she hailed a taxi cab and when she was with Blair. But I ended up purchasing these super cheap hairpins from SM Department store. Color purple! YAY!

Loreal Paris Open Eyes Quad Palette in Stellar

My eye makeup of the day! I was trying to pull off a Taylor Momsen smokey eyes but the palette, L’Oreal Open Eyes Quad in Stellar, which I used for this look was more frosted/shimmery so it was kinda hard to blend it. So I thought of blending the black matte from my Coastal Scents 88 Eyeshadow to achieve this look. I will stick to this smokey eyes business for a while.

I gotz new eyeshadow! It’s a gift from one of my friends. I won’t be posting swatches or whatever because I am still unwilling to make an effort to take photos at the moment, but I took a couple so you get an idea:

Very sexy — as sexy as the best diet pills and very pigmented. I am still playing around with it — Wore it a couple of times already and thinking to pull off a Taylor Momsen dark/smokey eyes look soon or maybe tomorrow. Let’s see.

Cutex Nail Polish in Pacific Blue

Have you ever wondered why your mom calls your nail polish a Cutex? Because Cutex was really a brand name for nail polish. I did not know about this until Hunny told me about it. In fact, when we did the grocery sometime last week, I got to spot a stand full of Cutex bottles. It was a surprise as I have never bought a Cutex before. hrhr.

Will buy more of these when I get the chance.

Wassup!?

This is me after the HCG diet Austin and after I met the most sensational person in the Internet, Manong Gerry (Trivia: Gerry was one of Hunny’s Groomsmen at our wedding lol). This is going to be my obligatory entry because it’s 10.10.10 today! Goosebumps all over as this will never ever happen again in this lifetime.

I am going to find a plugin to turn my blog into a mobile friendly blog as my friend, Dre, recently requested for a mobile version. I thought of that before but, you know, I am forever lazy when it comes to tinkering of my blogs since I got five websites to maintain at the moment. It just gives me e-stress by just thinking about it: Upgrade, new layout, SEO, deadlines, etc. Wish me luck, pumpkins!

Anyway, just updated my eBay account by adding more items for sale. I always get bidders, which is so exciting. Ha! And it feels great when buyers/bidders leave positive feed backs. Let us all shoot for the stars!

Question I’ve been always asked about: Who does your website?

Me, myself and I. I mean, there are lots of free layouts that you can use. My platform is WordPress, which is also free. You really don’t need to pay someone to set up a blog/website for you. You can do it by yourself. You just need money to get a domain and pay for the hosting.
