How To Spice Up Your Sex Life
Women put a high value on communication that goes beyond words, and if you focus on impressing, talking and showing yourself in the best light, you may not be focusing on her. Eye contact assures her that she has your attention – something every woman wants. Women want to sense you are real, so story telling in your profile is another great dating technique that will make you stand out from other guys. This is very important.
Is Your Girl Faking It?
Relationships can be one of the best and most challenging parts of your life. They can be full of fun, romance, excitement, intense feelings, and occasional heartache too. Relationships among concepts can be represented explicitly in the thesaurus, most notably as relationships within the descriptor class. Hierarchical relationships are at the level of the descriptor class. Relationships have many sides. Sometimes it looks like a perfect round with no sharp edges.
Love addiction comes in many forms. Some love addicts carry a torch for unavailable people. Love never dies a natural death. It dies because we don’t know how to replenish its source.

I was going through the archive pages of one of my blogs and saw this. (Yes, a dreamy picture inside.) LOL. So it has been almost a year now since I started the HIP HOP ABS DVD? I wish my digicam is here so I can show you the recent look of my uneven abs. lol.
Anyway, the said program really does work but it takes time and you need to workout at least four times a week to see the progress. I think there was a point that I stopped and got lazy but I still do the crunching and pumping my muscles using my ever so loyal and rusty pair of black dumbbells. I need to work out more and need to sweat more. In addition to that, I really dedicate this post to these fat burners. Heh.
If you are interested with HIP HOP ABS DVD, it’s not just about exercising but it is also about dancing and having some fun. I am not trying to endorse a product here. lol.

Since I missed the 7th session at Skin 101 for my Diamond Peeling because I was blind and I have a pimple again on my nose, I was inspired to post something about oily skin.
Oily skin is a big problem for both adults and teenagers alike. So acne skin care as well as pimple treatment is very important. If oily skin is not treated suitably, it will develop an excessive shine, blemishes and worst pimples. Here are some tips to avoid these:
Cleansing the skin
Cleanse at least two times a day but do not rub hard. A minor pressure from your finger’s friction is adequately to make light of the dead and dull skin. This will prevent clogging of the pores. The correct and balanced way to clean the skin is the usage of a very mild detergent or surfactant. It should not contain oils or other fatty substances. Apply yield containing small amounts of alpha hydroxy acids (AHA) on a regular basis to accomplish the best results.
Keep away from tough alcohol based products. With the use of alcohol-based substances, you may experience that the products remove huge amount oil from your face. But it actually enhances more production of sebum. You can built use of soft astringent or toner everyday to clear surplus oils on your face.
There are many natural skin care methods for them. Everyday moisturizing is not necessary for oily skin. Apply a light, oil free moisturizer to stability the drying effects of the toner and cleanser. Skin products that consists substances such as cocoa butter and mineral oils are too emollient for the condition of your skin. So, stay away from these products. Select oil-free products for makeup, particularly for blush and foundation . Opt for non-comedogenic and water-based products that will not clog up the pores. Some types of foundation products are intended to absorb oil and thus control the shiny exterior throughout the day.
In addition to the above, consider to apply non-oil based sunscreen on your face. In the case of sunscreen, there are a number of alternative forms. Gel is one of the popular choices as it is less oily than other conventional sun block lotions. Your sunscreen should be no less than Sun Protection Factor 15. If you are suffering from a ruthless breakout of acne, utilize cleansers that hold a very small quantity of salicylic acid. In this case, a moisturizer containing the same substance is the best option .
Diet
Diet has huge influence for a healthy skin which plays an important role in natural skin care treatment. As processed foods, sugar and refined starches have a tendency to make the naturally oily skin inferior, so avoid them. Look for food items that are low in fat and consume more fresh vegetables, fruits and grains. Drink plenty of water (six to eight glasses a day), juice or teas to keep fine skin tone. Maintain your vitamins and minerals consumption, especially vitamins A and C as well as B complex. Read the rest of this entry »

How are ya? Hello digital signage. Today, I went to see a movie with my sister and a person who doesn’t enjoy American or English films aka my mom. Guess what? The movie is I.T.A.L.Y. starred by Jolina Magdangal and Dennis Trillo — I just can’t believe I typed these keywords here on my blog. I will be attacked by jolognesseses.
Anyway, Eugene Domingo made the movie, without her, I won’t enjoy it. I also enjoyed Rufa Mae and her lines.
I just really don’t like Filipino movies except for Blue Moon. heh. The story is just crap. SRY.
Today’s pichoors with sister:

My Photoshop skills continue to downgrade. I am stuck. All I can do is making the photos dreamy and B&W. lol.

Are you a scarf person? As long as I am living in a tropical country like my country, Philippines, I can never wear a scarf. What’s with the scarf and I have been seeing some fashion victims in the mall wearing scarves recently. Scarf! Scarf! I think it’s just so wrong. It’s freaking hot in here, FYI.
However, I think scarf will look good on me. In fact, I saw cute ones on Deviantart. I just wish I will be in a place where it has winter. A place where it’s a must to wear those winter clothes, long pants, thick socks and shoes, and going outside will be like, “Brrrr. It would be nice if I had my scarf on right now.” Alas! Winter will never happen in the Philippines.
Tell me one or a couple of reasons why you need to wear a scarf around your neck? I am going to give you tape drives for answering that. Yarrs!
