I remember my dad telling my mom that he does not like to buy a dishwasher because it will make her a lazy person. I don’t know why I did not forget that moment. lol.

I think he was really trying to say to my mother that never give a woman any kind of household appliance or something that is going to make house chores easier. Like a blender, a toaster, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, and one of those microfiber mops that does everything.
