Wassup, guyzz? You all need to vote for my favorite pick in this year’s MTV Emerge! The song entitled, Filipina Shawty of Greedy & ANDEZ has my vote! I believe these dudes are simply cutie patootie, so natural in front of the camera, they have created a very catchy tune and they have the potential to be the hottest emerging stars. Check them out! However, if we have a different taste in music, check the rest of the participants and vote.
MTV Emerge has gathered many talented people around the country, and these people were encouraged to register and upload their profiles, photos, and original music via the MTV Emerge site. Only lucky seven winners will be chosen from the top entries on the 20th of November by a panel of judges including Apl.de.Ap, originator of the only record label, Jeepney Music, which its purpose is to give back to the Philippines and the globe, and a Black Eyed Peas member. The seven grand winners will acquire a whoooping one-year recording contract with Jeepney Music and mentorship under Apl.de.Ap. It is the coolest thing everrr, isn’t it?
Also, joining forces with the Philippine government authority, Department of Tourism, which its major obligation is to support, boost and develop tourism as a leading socio-economic human action. By that purpose: We can never go wrong with DOT.
