Does inner beauty still count these days?
Why does it give the impression that some men or most men are only attracted to skinny women?
In today’s society, physical beauty is considered the only beauty one needs. Well, blame the media. But do not get me wrong because I know that different men preferred different sizes, right? In my observation, usually white men prefer skinny women, black men prefer big booty, and latino prefer curvaceous body. It always depends on what kind of men you engage.
If you find this topic interesting because you are probably petite and you find it hard to find a guy who likes ‘cute’ girls, and your view is that men prefer tall and beautiful women, and you have always wished you could be taller and ‘hotter’ as to get more respect from these men, you may be wrong, girlfriend. I still believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. It is unfair to say that one is better than the other because we come in different sizes and shapes.
Men may be visual creatures at all times but of course there are some exceptions, and what is on the inside counts too, but physical attraction is the big initial thing for men. However, I believe that personality counts only with mature grown-up men and only the shallow men who view physical beauty more than inner beauty are the ones who are nothing but trouble.

Here’s a fact:
Out of 30 men, 28 of them said that they love women with some meat and hate skinny girls because they look unhealthy and anorexic chicken but do not care for a cow either.

I totally agree and sometimes it gets confusing because you often see those shallow men instead of the grown-up ones.

You’re right! Physical beauty is over magnified these days that inner beauty has lost its luster, which is far more important than what meets the eye. I’m one of those believers of taking care of oneself to keep young, but it should go hand in hand with nurturing our inner selves. :-)
Kindest regards and God bless! ;-)

Hi Larrnay and Nelle,
As a guy, I agree that “Men may be visual creatures at all times”. But please note that with all of the fashion trends, make up, hair coloring, and skin care products…women can enhance themselves more than a man ever could. However, I still believe that inner beauty is still 100% an important ingredient to being attractive to men… looks can only go so far.
Trust me.
Also, there’s someone out there for everyone. So to all the single ladies out there… have patience.

The inner beauty still count maybe a small 20% but I still think that the will have a huge impact like 60-70%. the remaining 10% goes to some other stuff maybe.

I totally agree physical beauty allures mens more nowadays. But I’m sure there some out there that goes for inner beauty than physical. I think it all depends to what mens prefers.

I like girls with round hips, butt, and shoulders. Also those round cheeks to pinch.
I just don’t get why some men prefer bones than meat. I guess they like to spend less on food with their girlfriends so men can buy other stuff for their car or something.
It’s also weird when couples are so skinny and when they’re having sex all you will hear are KLANKS and TONKS. :P

I belong to the skinny group and I hate it. I wanted to have some layers of fats on the side and especially my cheeks but I had a hard time gaining weight :-(

Tell those men out there that in the end, physical beauty will fade. When wrinkles come out and sex does not matter anymore, the only thing that will make everything worth it is what’s inside them
P.S. I have a tag for you, girl. Dun sa Utopia ko

I think it’s important to look healthy. When I was thinner, yeah I got more male attention, but a lot of that has to do with the fact that I looked like I worked out. (It might have had to with the added confidence I had then.) Guys like girls who care about themselves and bodies, and I don’t find anything wrong with that. Most guys I know don’t like skinny skinny, but you can’t blame them if they DO prefer skinny skinny over fat fat fat.
