I was going through the archive pages of one of my blogs and saw this. (Yes, a dreamy picture inside.) LOL. So it has been almost a year now since I started the HIP HOP ABS DVD? I wish my digicam is here so I can show you the recent look of my uneven abs. lol.
Anyway, the said program really does work but it takes time and you need to workout at least four times a week to see the progress. I think there was a point that I stopped and got lazy but I still do the crunching and pumping my muscles using my ever so loyal and rusty pair of black dumbbells. I need to work out more and need to sweat more. In addition to that, I really dedicate this post to these fat burners. Heh.
If you are interested with HIP HOP ABS DVD, it’s not just about exercising but it is also about dancing and having some fun. I am not trying to endorse a product here. lol.
I’ve always wanted to try out Hip Hop Abs…I tend to get bored with exercising. I’ll have to put it on my Christmas wishlist.

I keep telling my fiance how I want to lose weight and no workout really works for me. I get bored too easily. I told him that I wanted something fun to do like maybe the Carmen Electra stuff. He saw Hip Hop Abs on t.v. and ordered it for me for Christmas. I’ve seen it on tv and have read a lot of comments people have about it and not one of them said it doesn’t work. Im so excited to start!!
