I read that most babies when turning one month old, they can turn their head on their own. In the case of my daughter, she can lift her head already on the second week of her life. She is pretty stronger than I expected. She is now over three weeks and she continues to smile, laugh and chuckle, and to follow objects with her eyes.

I can’t wait to see more developments.

So I chose the breastfeeding route. I thought it was easy until I experienced engorgement. Now I don’t wonder why some women quit breastfeeding their new born because having breast engorgement is just painful — I almost cry! Been reading a lot on how to avoid it. The best solution is let the child pump it out every two to three hours. I quit using the breast pump for a while as it makes my milk production extremely active.

Just bought breast pads. Saviour! Time to go now.

When I was pregnant, I did not totally give up coffee. As long as you don’t drink six cups a day, an expectant mother should be fine. In my case, I had coffee every other day and I had it just in the morning.

Well, new year also means I need to change passwords for all my online accounts. I will start with my email accounts down to my POS systems accounts. It’s going to be a tiring task.

And oh, 2012 is year of the Dragon.

Went to Megamall for my weekly appointment with my OB doctor. The photo shows you the nurse station of Clinica Manila. According to my OB, baby dropped a little bit already compared to last week’s IE, but there is no cervical dilation yet. I know. I guess baby would love to stay in my tummy longer but we hope she comes out next week before my next OB appointment which is going to be on Friday. I gained half a pound that makes me 132.5 lbs. now.

Also, went to SM’s customer service located at the 3rd floor to pay for my debt. I was so glad that they accept Citibank VISA payment.

I cannot wait to update my makeup next year. My skin tone is much lighter now than months ago that made me stop using this Stila One-Step Makeup Foundation bottle, which I purchased over a year ago. Its shade is in Tan 06 and I am thinking to give this away before it expires.

Also, I am thinking to change makeup brands like switching to MAC Cosmetics or Majolica Majorca. Or give me cheeky recommendations in the comments. heehee.
